The site also records basic visit information, such as the pages viewed and the type of device, so we can see whether the pages work.

What we use it for

We use your information to reply to you, to schedule a call and, if you hire us, to open your file. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our website host and email provider handle messages for us, under terms that limit what they do with them. We share information about your case with others only if you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you do not hire us, we keep your message for a short time and then delete it. If you do, we keep your file for the period the rules of professional conduct require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent before we were hired. Write or call using the details in the footer.

Please keep early messages short

Messages sent before we agree to represent you may not be protected the way a client’s are. Tell us the charge and the court date, and we will ask for the rest on a call.
